It all began after I completed my mandatory military service.
I faced countless setbacks, rejections, and failures, but I never gave up. I kept knocking on new doors, searching for the success I longed for.
Then, one day—by pure chance—I came across a job advertisement for a sales representative in an advertising newspaper. I had no idea that this moment would change everything.
When I first started in sales, I never imagined that it would transform my life entirely. But over time, I came to realize that selling is not just about persuasion—it is an art that requires creativity and uniqueness. This realization led me to develop Surreal Selling, a revolutionary approach that blends art, psychology, and emotional intelligence to turn every sales interaction into a truly unique experience.
My journey took me from:
Sales Representative → Sales Supervisor → Sales Manager → Regional Sales Manager Abroad.
Along the way, I honed my skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion, ultimately earning a certification as a professional sales trainer.
That small newspaper ad didn’t just land me a job—it transformed my future and set me on the path to redefining sales.
From Conflict to Reinvention – My New Chapter in Germany
After the war in my country, I sought safety, stability, and a new beginning in Germany. There, I graduated with a diploma in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Sales (Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann).
Now, as a man in his fifties, I strive to set an example for my children—proving that education, personal growth, and success have no age limit, no language barriers, and no boundaries.
We should never stop learning, evolving, and improving as long as we are capable.

Throughout my career, I noticed that traditional sales techniques felt robotic, outdated, and uninspiring. I realized that selling should not be about following scripts—it should be an art form, a creative interaction, an experience tailored to each customer.
